Before installing any new beats package, please read the following information.
Starting October 2018, we no longer show drumset version number within a drumset name inside BB Manager or BeatBuddy (eg. Standard v1.1), so all new songs will have default drumsets set to plain names (eg. Standard). If your installed drumsets have version numbers contained in their names, installing new beat packages will cause them to not be linked to their desired default drumsets. The resulting mismatch will be displayed like this: *Standard.
Remedy: Before installing any new beat packages, please rename all drumsets within your BeatBuddy Manager by deleting the version number portion of the names. The BeatBuddy Manager will associate all existing linked songs to the new names and newly imported content will correctly be linked. The name editing is done under “Drum Sets” tab, by slowly clicking twice on each drum set name.
